Sessions
64th International Session of the EYP in Frankfurt 2010
Every year, three International Sessions of the European Youth Parliament take place in different European countries. We are glad to host the 64th International Session from 30 July to 8 August in Germany. Here, 250 teenagers, 16 to 20 years old, from 33 European countries will meet and explore Europe together.
European Forums
Since 1995, besides the National Selection Conference and the International Sessions, the European Youth Parliament has been organising so called European Fora. In contrast to the National Selection Conference, European Fora are neither preceded by a selection procedure, nor are they conceived as a competition.
In all other respects, the flow of the three to five day events is the same as that of other sessions. Up to 120 young people from Germany and it’s European neighbour countries congregate, develop resolutions about topics of European import in internationally mixed groups and debate these in a parliamentary session.
