General Assembly in Strasbourg

With the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, November 22nd, the 2nd German-Franco Forum came to an end. 80 Delegates from more than ten European countries took part in the session in Saarbrücken and Strasbourg. During the cross-border Forum the participants discussed the current state of Human Rights in Europe.

After the Opening Ceremony and panel discussion in Saarbrücken, the participants moved to Strasbourg to continue with committee work and the General Assembly.

Before the session the delegates have worked on the session’s theme and compiled a Research Booklet (pdf) that offers an impressive overview of the Human Rights situation in their countries.
