International Forum Heidelberg

In spring 2011 around 70 young people will gather in Heidelberg for the International Forum of the European Youth Parliament.

Schwerin goes Europe – in spring 2011, Schwerin will host the 21st National Selection Conference. 100 delegates from all over Germany are going to discuss the European Union’s future, with special emphasis on the European identity.
Patronage granted for Regensburg
Gerda Hasselfeldt, the Vice-President of the German Bundestag, has accepted the patronage for the International Forum in Regensburg. From May 30th to June 4th 2011 around 80 young Europeans will gather in Regensburg for the European Forum of the European Youth Parliament.
International Autumn Forum Löwenberg
(October 13th–17th, 2010)
In October 2010 about 60 participants from all over Europe will gather in Löwenberg for the International Autumn Forum of the European Youth Parliament.
Passau Consensus
The participants of the European Youth Summit on Education (15th – 18th September 2010) have discussed issues concerning the Bologna Process and a common European education policy.
64th International Session Frankfurt 2010 officially closed
With the Closing Ceremony on Saturday, August 7th in the Paulskirche, the 64th International Session of the European Youth Parliament in Frankfurt came to an end. We would like to thank all Delegates, Chairs, Journos and Organisers as well as our supporters and guests who made Frankfurt 2010 a unique experience for everyone. All 280 participants had an inspiring time during these 10 days in Frankfurt.
Patronage granted for Löwenberg
Matthias Platzeck, the Minister-President of Brandenburg, has accepted the patronage for the International Autumn Forum in Löwenberg. In October about 60 teenagers will gather in Löwenberg to analyse and evaluate the EU’s eastward expansion.
Annual General Meeting 2010 of EYP Germany
Last weekend EYP Germany held its annual General Meeting in Berlin. Over 60 members took part in discussions about our upcoming sessions and elected the new members of the board of EYP Germany.
Patronage granted for European Youth Summit on Education
The European Youth Summit on Education in Passau (15th till 18th September) is now under the patronage of Mrs Androulla Vassiliou, Member of the European Commission. As a member of José Manuel Barroso’s Commission from 2010 to 2014 she is responsible for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth. Furthermore Jürgen Dupper, Mayor of Passau, agreed to share the patronage with Mrs Vassiliou.
